How rare is this ratchet and is it collectable?

How rare is this ratchet and is it collectable?

I have a Snap On LSF710 ratchet. it is a vary short 1/2 drive screwdriver handle ratchet from the 1970s. The gear is messed up and I may be able to trade the whole ratchet for a newer one. the question is is this ratchet worth more as a collectible or should I trade it for a new ratchet? How rare is this ratchet and how much is it worth?

what condition is the handle? Its a hard one to find, would depend on who wants it maybe 30-75
you probably can get a kit for the guts
