What is This?

Post by J.A.F.E. »

I came across this one and it's a mystery to me. Anyone have any idea? Marked D (something I can't make out possibly F or P) CT-11650. The broaching is blind and shallow - about an 3/16" suggesting a jam nut or something similar. 3/8 drive.

I had wondered about something like that but the thin hex broach sort of throws me. Does the Bonney one have a thin broach?
